Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between Pagemint(“we”, “us”, “our”), a website design and development service operating in India, and you (“Client”, “you”) — the individual or business engaging our services.

By submitting a contact form, placing an order, or making any payment to Pagemint, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pagemint provides website design, development, and ongoing maintenance services for Indian businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing (email or proposal document) before any payment is made.

Our standard service tiers are:

• Starter Plan — A single-brand website with core pages, lead capture form, and mobile-first design, delivered within 14 days.
• Growth Plan — An expanded website with additional pages, advanced features, and priority support, delivered within 14 days.
• Custom / Enterprise — Scope, timeline, and pricing agreed individually.

We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion before a formal agreement is signed.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are:

• 50% advance is due before work begins.
• 50% balance is due upon delivery of the completed website for review, before the site goes live.

Work will not commence until the advance payment is received. Delivery milestones are calculated from the date of advance payment, not the date of initial enquiry.

Refunds.If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope within the agreed timeline due to reasons solely attributable to Pagemint, you are entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid. Refunds are not applicable where delays result from the Client's failure to provide required content, approvals, or feedback within agreed timelines.

To enable timely delivery, you agree to:

• Provide all required content (text, images, logos, brand assets) within 3 business days of project kickoff.
• Provide feedback and approvals within 3 business days of each delivery milestone.
• Ensure that all content you provide does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights and does not violate any applicable law.

Delays caused by late content or approvals from your side will extend the delivery timeline accordingly and do not constitute a breach by Pagemint.

Your content. You retain full ownership of all content, images, logos, and brand assets you provide to us.

Delivered website. Upon receipt of full payment, Pagemint assigns to you all rights to the custom code and design created specifically for your project. You may use, modify, but not distribute the delivered work freely for 2 years from the date of delivery.

Third-party components. The website may incorporate open-source libraries, fonts, or frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Tailwind CSS) that are licensed under their respective open-source licences. These remain subject to their original licences and are not transferred by Pagemint.

Portfolio use. Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to showcase the completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pagemint's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Pagemint for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Pagemint is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
• Downtime or data loss caused by third-party hosting or cloud providers (e.g., Google Firebase, Vercel).
• SEO rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes — website performance in search engines depends on many factors outside our control.

We warrant that the delivered website will materially conform to the agreed scope of work and will be free from critical bugs at the time of delivery.

We do not warrant that the website will generate any particular volume of traffic, leads, or revenue. Results depend on factors including your industry, marketing efforts, and market conditions.

Our collection and use of personal data submitted through the contact form is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and user behaviour in aggregate. By using this website you acknowledge that anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, location at country/city level) is collected and processed by Google on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information from the contact form is shared with Google Analytics.

Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within 7 business days of written notice.

If you terminate after work has commenced but before delivery, you remain liable for payment proportional to the work completed. Pagemint will provide an itemised account of work done and refund any overpayment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

For active projects, any material changes to Terms will be communicated directly to you before they take effect.
